A sneaky reason I chose yoga for a week was to slip some exercise into my routine and to also give me the push to actually do some yoga. I’ve had tight shoulders ever since my swimming days and sore muscles in my back.
After a week of yoga it is defiantly a lifestyle hack that is doable! For all ages and types of fitness levels, there are some yoga moves to suit. There are so many health and lifestyle benefits from yoga. So here’s my blog from the week and recap into yoga. 🙂
